Christopher 

Christopher became our employee when we took over a piece of the business from Marc and Jacqueline Schaller, retired winegrowers in Préhy, at the end of 2013. 

This young man knows how to handle all the tools in the vineyard! He also knows how to drive machines and tractors. He does his work with attention and rigour. 

At the end of 2020, Christopher was given the mission of managing the vineyard team and is now a much appreciated team leader. 

Baptiste

After training at the CFPPA de la Brosse Auxerre, Baptiste arrived at the Domaine in 2016 and became a pieceworker in 2019. This status of "tâcheron" allows him to look after the vines or to be with his family when necessary! Baptiste is a good listener and a very diligent worker. 

Angélique et Nicolas

We are happy to have a young couple in our team, arrived at the beginning of November 2017.

Angélique and Nicolas love nature, they pay particular attention to plants. They are passionate about plants but also animals (they breed magnificent horses). Angelique and Nicolas take care of our vines in the area of the village of Saint-Bris. 

Bastien

Born in the Chablis vineyards, Bastien joined us in August 2020 for the harvest!

Bastien studied viticulture in Burgundy: in the Yonne and the Côte d'Or, his experience is a real asset.

We are happy to have such a meticulous and passionate young man to help us in the vineyards!

Thomas

Thomas arrived at the beginning of November 2020. 

We are delighted to have him with us, he completes the vineyard team perfectly. He already knows how to prune the vines and how to work with precision. He is daily at Christopher and Bastien's side to pamper the vines so that they give us beautiful grapes for the harvest. 

Rain, cold and snow have no hold on Thomas. He is with us in all weathers and nothing can stop him. 

Thomas is also a great sportsman, his endurance and pugnacity make him a strength in our team!

Mathilde

After obtaining a Master's degree in law and trade of spirits, at the end of 2020 Mathilde returned to Chablis, where she grew up.

Smiling and passionate, she is waiting for you at the cellar to present you our range!

Mathilde also organises the administrative management of your orders, she is your privileged contact to find out the delivery times, efficient in her new position, she will make sure that you receive your order within the desired time.

Corentin

With a great experience in the industrial sector, Corentin joined our team at the end of 2020 to be in charge of all order preparation: France and Export.

This young man dresses your orders with our most beautiful labels. Corentin knows your preferences... between our range of Chablis wines and our other range of Auxerrois wines, the choice is varied! He also knows how to adapt the labels and its legal mentions according to the rules of the recipient country.  Corentin is rigorous, he fulfils his missions with care! 

Guillaume

We are so glad to have Guillaume in our team since January 2021 as Production Manager!

With great skills in oenology, his know-how is a considerable asset in the winery! 

Maria et Americo, 

Hard workers, this couple coming from Portugal help us as tâcherons on our AOC Chablis plots in the commune of Chichée, for all the wine-growing work.
